Kalorama | Renovation Plus Addition

This project was a beautiful renovation of an already unique building built in 1911. The renovation included converting the original 30 units down to 18, a new parking garage beneath, and adding a penthouse level on top. In the end we successfully combined the buildings historic exterior and interior with modern styling's and state-of-the-art comforts.
